ok, house plans are finished and off to council. No more changing !!!!!!!
i am so nervous about how it is going to look, as it is one BIG piece of house.

I am thinking earthy colours with sand, latte, cream, white, timber etc...will look good, otherwise it will look to Sovereign Island (e) if i go White, white and more white.....
Jason wants large white/off white high shine tiles through out the living areas and i think timber stairs will look great....I KNOW how hard it is to keep both clean and yes i will hate cleaning it but i want the WOW factor when you walk in.

Oh thanks M, we found out today that the land is still waiting to be registered by council. so our builder may not be able to start till october some time :(
