Apparently the steel people forgot to order some flashing or something like that. "OF COURSE"
and we have paid them in full so they have "no need to finish my job in any hurry"
I have also been out hunting fire places. We are just wanting it more as a feature than for heating as we are having ducted throughout.
Every fire place/heater we were looking at was around 4-6 thousand dollars.

By the end of that day we had also met with the builder and our outdoor room was going to cost us an extra 15 thousand on top of the cost already, so we agreed that a fire was not really a need but a want.
That night was Friday night footy which takes me into my bed room and onto the twitter world and channel surfing TV shows. I spend most of my Friday nights on Twitter talking to all my twitter friends about random things.
I started just a google search of Ethanol heaters and i came across an Ebay listing.
With 5 mins to go, i quickly showed Jason and he NEVER buys anything without actually touching it first and he said "BUY IT!"

and GOT IT!!!!!!!

I just hope it arrives now and is what we wanted. If not i am sure we can find a place outside for it.

Those outside colours are exactly what you have loved from the get go, so you can't be wrong there. And they look fab!
Nice wide flooring, that will look great.
Again, another bargain with your heater, it will look fab and hasn't cost the earth! You can snuggle up in front of that with Jason and both be pleased with your purchase! lol
Really like your door choices, are you going for a chrome/brushed, knob/leaver door handle?
It is all definitely coming together!!! Looking good!
