Gazebo/Snooker room plans

Ever since Jason brought himself a full size snooker table 15 years ago. I have hated it.
It is HUGE...
The last house we brought there wasn't a room for it, so he insisted it go in the formal lounge room. GROSS. So, as you walked into my beautiful home, SMACK BANG you saw this snooker table.
So when we sold that place to build the house we are building now i said to him that i don't want to EVER have that table in the house again.
Now there is a looooooong story that goes with the table but that will be for another day. For now i still hate the table.

We are building a Gazebo or Snooker room (as Jason calls it) out the back of the house and construction for that will happen in the next week.
