It is almost over for us up here in QLD.
It rained the first week so we watched movies and made cakes.
We were very happy with our first attempt to the rainbow cake.
Gaby had a ballet eisteddfod down at Murwillumbah and picked up 1st place in the under 15s slow modern.

I have also been busy with the house and finally have done the selections for the kitchen.
I spent 4 hours with the kitchen designer yesterday and i am making some big decisions. So i hope i pull it off.

Tomorrow i am meeting with the electrician to walk through house and work out power points, lights etc...
Roof is now booked in for Tuesday.
Gotta run as we are off to a friends place to cheer on NSW in the State Of Origin Decider.

Hi M,
Deletei spent the morning with the electrician than went to Trade Link to do some more selections.
I heard the builder speaking with the air con man and he said the roof should be on by next tuesday and next friday the air con guys can start.
so it is all coming together now.
i am trying to be excited but i am not. maybe as it has lost all its glory and i just want a house.
